Our Policy
A credit card is required at time of booking a full set of lashes. You will not be charged if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment.
LATE CANCELLATION: At NEO we have a 72 hour cancelation period for eyelash appointments. If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to come to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.
Eyelash extensions from another lash stylist will require a consultation.
